Located in the heart of the Upper West Side, this prewar apartment embraces the charm of traditional New York architecture. The design highlights classic details through the use of timeless materials—such as chequered tiles in the foyer and kitchen, and mosaic in the bathroom—celebrating the character of the building’s era.

One of the main design challenges is the limited natural light, as the apartment faces a courtyard. To counter this, the palette, materials, and art have been carefully selected to create a bright, airy atmosphere, enhancing the sense of space and warmth throughout.
